Pet & Parking Policies

  • Pets permitted up to 40 pounds (per pet) at full grown
    adult weight (breed restrictions apply)
  • Maximum of two pets per apartment
  • One time pet deposit fee of $275* per pet (non-refundable)
    *(Subject to change anytime by direction of Upper Management without notice)
  • $50.00* (non-refundable) pet rent; per pet, per month
    *(Subject to change anytime by direction of Upper Management without notice)
  • Resident pets MUST be spayed and/or neutered and up-to-date with their vaccinations. Pets MUST be licensed
    with the Borough of Mt. Arlington at all times. Proof must
    be given at all times. Indoor pets only. Service animals
    must have proof of such at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS
    PLEASE.

  • The community has outdoor, reserved parking around the community w/designated parking for visitors.
